No.2: Gilles Apap reinvents Vivaldi's "Four Seasons"

Menuhin called Gilles Apap the "violinist of the 21st century", referring to his unique style where he blends Hindu, Roma or Irish folk rhythms into classical music. This original approach of the popular and inimitable violinist Gilles Apap lets classical works in a lively free-style interpretation revive. At this concert he unfolds a new version of Vivaldi's "Four Seasons".

No.4: Masuko Ushioda - violin recital

In 1966 Masuko Ushioda won the 2nd price at the Tchaikovsky competition which launched her great international career. Her perfect technique and rich interpretations characterize her play. She will be accompanied on the piano by Kyoko Sasaki.

No.5: Silver-Garburg Piano Duo

Sivan Silver and Gil Garburg, two young brilliant Israeli pianists, founded the Silver-Garburg Piano Duo in 1997. Since then they have given concerts in about 40 countries around the world, and constantly received rave reviews for their sensitive play.
In their splendiferous recitals they play four-handed on one and two pianos.

The winner of the Japan Music Competition 2005 is one of Japan's most promising cellists! His perfect technique and joyful play guarantee a dynamic Afternoon concert, where he will be accompanied by two auspicious pianists: Yoshitaka Suzuki and Yoshito Numazawa.
