Kenji Ikenaga (Arion Encouragement Award 2007)
Kenji Ikenaga participated in 2004 in the Hamamatsu International Wind Instrument Academy and audits for Isao Nakamura’s master class. In February 2006 he goes on a journey to Africa in order to study Djembe in Kenya with Jean Cloud. The same year he participates in the International Summer Workshop of Mozarteum in Salzburg. After obtaining his diploma, Kenji Ikenaga performed as a soloist at NHK-FM and the 40th anniversary concert of Aichi University of Arts, where he is also enrolled as a graduate student.
